NID Atlanta Metro holds eight hour workshops on the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays of the month from 9am to 5pm. The topics covered in the workshop are: Obtaining Mortgage Loan, Down Payment Assistance Programs/Options, Creditworthiness, Homeownership Fair Housing Practices, Working With A Real Estate Professional, Home Inspection, Home Owners Insurance and The Closing Table.
